Too long...? I think so... and murderous tests

I know, it has been way too long. And I am really sorry...
The thing is, I have been busy.
Really busy.
Unless, you think two tests (science and history) and a shopping trip in ONE day (plus all my other school) is not busy...
Well, if that's what you think, you need to s-l-o-w d-o-w-n.
Literally.

Oh, those test were so hard. UGH, especially the science test. :P I was learning about genetics and punnet squares and whatever else was in that chapter which I have no idea what it was. For heavens sake, it's over! I won't ever have to be forced to read the module ever again...

Good thing, because I wouldn't. Not in a million years.
It actually wasn't that bad to read.
But the test was MURDEROUS! I am not even kidding. I felt like dying.
And the fact that I had to not only do that test, but do a whole 'nother test for history about
Get ready for it...
BATTLES!

Face it, I am the worst person in the entire world at remembering who won each battle, what happened in each, who was the general, etc. etc.
And it wasn't just a few battles. There were more than 20!
Can you guess what the chapter was about!?

If you guessed the worst war in American History...
You'd be right.

But, if you guessed the Civil War.
You would be even more right.

Buuuuut, now that those test are over... FOREVER!
Other than that, I have just had normal school... Oh, and math. Which isn't normal for me.

I really stink at it. I can never remember how to do this problem just right. I try! I really do! But I just can't seem to get it right...
And we won't even go into how many I get wrong each day... ;)

Here I am, sitting at my living room couch (well, it isn't exactly my couch...) with my laptop, listening to music... (All American Girl- Carrie Underwood, if you're really that interested...) with my science test all ready to be graded (not looking forward to seeing that score...) and with my history book lying askew on my other side... Oh, and of course that random blanket bunched up on part of my askew history book... ;) Writing this post.
Yeah, you get the picture...

Anyway, I hope this post was somewhat interesting or entertaining...

So, the moral of the post is... Don't EVER take two test in one day. It's definitely NOT goof for your health, day, and hands... (not to mention your brain!)

OH! And please vote for me in the photo contest! See the end of this post for more details! =)

  1. Ugh. Battles. :S History is definitely not my strong point.
I know what you mean about not wanting to see the score. I had a science quiz today too, on physics, and it didn't go too great. I guess physical science isn't my strong point, either. :P

  2. haha, I am in biology, so there is TONS of memorization... :P
I actually like both history and science, but tests (any tests) are just... blech.
History tests are usually only bad when you have a test with battles, at least for me. :P

  3. Just you wait until chemistry. :P It's just terrible -- science and math combined?? Who comes up with this stuff? Was it first used as some sort of torture...capital punishment? It sure seems like it!! :) Have a great day.

  4. haha, lol, yes, I know. I am not looking forward to that...
But the thing is, either one you do has a downside.

    With biology its memorization.
with chemistry, well, it's math. :P

  5. I know just what you mean! I'm actually working on my math right now! I've been stuck on the same problem for 20 minutes! Does anyone know how to extract a square root? lol.
